Kicks
In general when kicking, the knee will lift first, then the lower leg will extend, whipping out from the knee. All kicking drills will start from the Ready Position/Ready Stance. All kicks should be executed at waist level or higher. Kicks in application are NOT above the waist.
All of these kicks are in the Northern Shaolin System we teach. Pay attention to details until you have these techniques down perfectly. These are also great to use as warm-up exercises.
