Guang Ping Yang Tai Chi Chuan
The Guang Ping Yang Tai Chi Chuan or Long Form is the missing link from the Chen Family Style Forms and the Yang Family forms more commonly seen today.
This form is 64 movements long, to best teach this material, we have broken the 64 movements down into 3 sections. Each section will contain parts of the other sections. Start at Section 1, Movement 1 and slowly review each movement adding one movement at a time until you have completed the form.
