Introduction
This form is also refernced as the 88 Movement Tai Chi Form. Meaning 44 for the Attacking side and 44 Movements for the Defending side.
This Two Man routine can be thought of as an advanced Push Hands. Here you will learn how to use Tai Chi principles while fighting an opponent. You need to use feeling, sensitivity, coordination, balance, and fighting techniques to evade and counter and oppenents attack. This form utilizes punching, kicking, Chin Na (joint locking), countering, and many other methods in this traditional 88 movement form.
