Why I Do Kung Fu:
Was important for me.
To improve my life.
To learn to be calm and relaxed.
Be like the show Kung Fu from the 70's
How I started:
I started by taking a Shaolin Chuan classes ,for about 1/2 a year.
But was really interested internals.
So I changed to Pa Kua.
My first class was a real eye opener, never walked on bricks before!
Shifu says "get on and try not to fall" Wow! My whole life changed!
