How I started:
I have been training in Martial Science for 35+ yrs, now in my 40s I realize Tia chi & Qigong, will be a great addition to what I do and how I teach.
This for me will be a great enhancement to improve my movements and knowledge base to bring a more centered and loving spirit to the world. Martial arts to me is not about fighting another person I feel it is about bringing balance & self discipline to ones self, and finding inner peace through hard work and body manipulation to develop a healthy training life-style!!!
