Movement Names

Stage 1

Set-up Posture (Opening)

  1. Swings back and shows palm in empty stance
  2. Close legs, moving hands like clouds and showing palms
  3. Stretch leg in shovel step
  4. Turn around the body and push out the hand in seated stance
  5. Lift knee and cross both arms
  6. Raise palm in bow stance
  7. Step forward and rush, three flying movements
    (Five phoenixes flying together in the sky)
  8. Crouch step and block with palm
    (Phoenix shows its wings and has a rest in a sycamore tree)
  9. Turn around the body, hug the knee and push out the palm

Stage 2

  1. Transform palms posture and step backward
  2. Hack with palm in squat stance
  3. Cross legs, front sweep and jump flying kick
  4. Crouch step and block with palm
    (Phoenix shows its wings and has a rest in a sycamore tree)
  5. Close legs and hook hands
  6. Raise hand, support and punch in horse stance

Stage 3

  1. Step forward and tornado kicking
  2. Support and punch in horse stance
  3. Bend leg and kick horizontally
  4. Leap like a swing lotus
  5. Leap and punch
  6. Turn around the body, lift knee and stretch arm

Stage 4

  1. Rush forward, flying kick and jump flying kick followed
  2. Punch in bow stance

Stage 5

  1. Bend elbow like carry something on the arm in empty stance
  2. Support and punch in horse stance

  4. Raise palm in bow stance
  5. Close legs and cross arms

  2. Rush forward, turn around the body, swing like a lotus
  3. Swings back and shows palm in squat stance
  4. Hack with palm in squat stance
  5. Turn around the body and inside crescent kick
  6. Drive leg, hug knee and punch
  7. Support and punch in empty stance
