Hsing Yi
Hsing Yi Chuan is the most aggressive of the styles that we teach. This art was developed to be used in combat. Chin Na & Push Hands
The art of Chin Na, or "Seizing & Controlling," isn't unique to any martial art, but is an integral part of it. What makes our Chin Na teaching "Unique" is that we teach the art of "Countering." It is one thing to apply a lock or grappling technique to someone, but few teach how to escape and reverse, or counter the technique. Through the use of our 2 Man Routines, we teach these skills.
In Tai Chi, and many Internal Arts, Push Hands, or some type of sensing exercise is used to develop your sense of "Feeling" once you have engaged your opponent. Tai Chi uses these skills which many other arts have adopted into their arts.

Meditation & Qigong
Meditation & Qigong are the same, "Breath Work." You are doing Meditation or Qigong whenever these three criteria are being done at the same time:
- You are "Breathing Naturally,"
- You have a "Single Focused Positive Mental Thought"
- You have "Good Posture."
This leaves alot of ways to Meditate. This is highly important to not only high level Kung Fu achievement, but for a high level of personal development in any and all areas of your personal life. Through this process, YOU can achieve any and all dreams, desires, and goals in your life!!!
