601 - Pa Kua Basics
Pa Kua Chuan Basics is devoted to the teaching of fundamental element of the system which you should learn prior to any other part of the system. You will be instructed in how to: Walk The Circle and footwork, the 8 Palm Positions, the 8 Circle Walking exercises, the Tea Cup exercise, and 3 basic stances seen in Pa Kua Chuan. This 90 minute video will build the foundation for all of your Pa Kua Chuan training.
