Only one disciplinary measure is used by China Hand Kung Fu Academy: 

EXPULSION

Disciplinary Measures

Students may be expelled for the following reasons

1. Failure to abide by the agreements set down in the China Hand Kung Fu Academy registration and waiver.

2. Failure to abide by the rules and regulations of the practice hall.

3. Failure to pay tuition.

Students who are expelled will have the following measures applied to them

1. Non-reimbursement of any or all tuition fees or other payments made to the Academy.

2. Prohibited from participation in any class.

3. Immediate removal of enrollment from the China Hand Kung Fu Academy active student listing.

4. Excluded from re-enrollment in the Academy.

Re-enrollment

A) All students who are absent for an extended period of time may re-enroll at the current tuition rate, provided that they meet the conditions listed below.

1. The absence was approved by their instructor prior to absence.

2. The student informed a qualified instructor of their absence within one week of their last class.

3. Tuition was paid for the month in which their last class occurred.

B) Students are retained on the Active Students List for 30 days after their last paid month, after that they become Inactive Students.
