Tai Chi Recipe

Tai Chi Recipe
by
Alex & Nina from Tai Chi & Alternative Health Magazine, UK

We have always enjoyed cooking and eating well prepared food and thought that you might like to enjoy the fun with this very special recipe.

Kilograms (kV) are used in this recipe, for those who use pounds (lbs); it is a little less than two pounds to one kilogram

1 large bowl-full of time (to stir it all into)

1 human body any size or age

5 kg patience to learn

5 kg patience to unlearn

8 kg movement (begin with 2 kg and slowly increase)

4 kg listening

4 kg feeling

2 kg common sense

3 kg humor

9 kg concentration

Take the large bowl of time with the human body to a qualified Tai Chi Chuan instructor (this is where the quality of the ingredients remains most fresh and crisp), one of the trade secrets for the perfect cooking time - the enthusiastic feeling of movement.

Then make the body listen carefully to the instructions given. Add the patience of learning the movements. Notice the different feelings in the body as you slowly stir in more and more invigorating movement.

As you are learning the basics of Tai Chi Chuan, add the common sense of practice, steadily building it up to 20 to 30 minutes daily in the bowl full of time.

Once through the basics, add the patience to unlearn and the humor to advance in the structure of continuous development.

Last, but most important, fold in at a steady pace, throughout the whole process, whipping in the concentration.  This ingredient gives you the choice of intent and should be added until the bowl of time is filled up to two thirds full.

Now you have a choice to cook or bake the basic structure from 18 months to 4 years. The intermediate structure is cooked from, 3 to 10 years and the advanced structure baked from 10 years to the end of a lifetime span of the human being.

Don't forget to make a note of all the changes occurring for the better-i.e., health, physical movement and mental agility as they occur and do notice the increasing developing enthusiasm to be enjoyed everyday.

Bon Appetit! Relish the eating and enjoy an increased quality of a healthier life style!
