Breath Work ~ Qigong...Gathering The Qi
This is a basic Qigong (Chi Kung) exercise used to develop internal energy (qi or chi) while also developing the body and focusing the mind. This exercise is explained in detail and should allow you to easily follow along as it plays.
Start by practicing slowly doing 10 sets with the left foot forward and 10 sets with the right foot forward.
Yi Gun Gin Simplified
This version is 1 of the 2 versions of Yi Gun Gin. This is a shorter and simplier version than the classic exercise taught version learned by the Monks of Shaolin Temple. Start by practicing slowly doing 10 sets.
